At Hawaii Palms English School, you not only have the chance to improve your English through our Intensive Program, but you can also learn through a variety of outdoor activities, such as our monthly barbeques, hikes, neighbor island tours, and various other weekly excursions.
We are located on the seventh floor of Waikiki Business Plaza, right next to the International Market Place and only 3 minutes walk to the beach.
Our classes are small, giving our students more personal attention and allowing them to learn English FAST! We offer a variety of programs: General English Lessons, TOEFL and TOEIC Test Preparation, Business English, and specialized lessons to fit your needs. We also plan weekly school activities to give you a chance to practice English outside of class.
Hawaii Palms boasts the smallest student-teacher ratio in Hawaii! The maximum number of students in our Intensive English Classes is 8, so you receive individual attention from the teacher while getting to know your classmates. Our one-to-one private lessons and two-to-one semi-private lessons are also extremely popular.
All of our teachers are native speakers with worldwide experience. The Intensive English Course textbook is the newest version of the globally recognized Cambridge Interchange series. Hawaii Palms’ students come from widely diverse backgrounds, countries, ages, and levels, which makes the sharing of ideas interesting and stimulating.
Our school is located on the 7th floor of Waikiki Business Plaza, just 1 minute from the world famous Waikiki Beach! Our school is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas.
Our friendly staff will help you make your stay very comfortable. Students are our OHANA (" family "). The staff is here to help you. You can talk to them about accommodations, lessons, activities, or any concerns.
We support our students even after they graduate. Depending on your English Level, we can help you get a work Visa, into a Volunteering program, and offer continuing support in your search for employment, further study, or training.
There are so many things you can do on top of studying English! You can also take Hula Lessons, Ukulele Lessons, Surfing Lessons, Ribbon Lei-making Lessons, Lomi-Lomi massage classes, and various other cultural experiences to discover.
