Condominiums & Apts
We will find you a safe and convenient, comfortable
and clean condominium located near our school.
We can find you the condo or apartment you desire
right here in Waikiki Beach!
You will be close to shopping and restaurants,
banks and post offices. You will be able to walk
to school or take a bus. Our school is ideally
located in the center of Waikiki.
The price of a condo can be from $1200
to $2100 per month, depending on the season
and what's available. Condos and apartments
come fully furnished with kitchenettes.

Student Residence Halls
There are only a few student accommodations available a short bus ride from Hawaii Palms English School.
Residence Halls are cheaper than condos and apartments. Contact Us for availability.
These accommodations rent for as low as
$860 per month. The rent includes utilities, high-speed internet, fully furnished units, full kitchens, swimming pool, on-site laundry, limited on-site parking, and security.
There are some single units for individuals, but most rooms are shared with other students. The cheaper facilities have a bathroom down the hall. Other units have private bathrooms. |

to your accommodations.

Homestay Hawaii Family
Living with a family in Hawaii is also a good choice
for students, and there are opportunities to speak
English and make friends with family members.
A Hawaii Homestay includes 2 free meals a day.
Your own bedroom just for you. You will be picked
up at the airport by your Homestay Family. More Info
The price of staying with a Homestay family is
$900 per month, and includes your own private
bedroom, and a shared (or private) bathroom.
