Our English Intensive Course is an integrated ESL course that combines Conversation, Grammar, Listening, Pronunciation, Reading, and Writing. It consists of 4 hours of instruction a day, from Monday through Thursday, for a total of 16 hours a week. Classes are typically held from 8:30am to 12:30pm, but may also be held from 1:00pm to 5:00pm depending on student enrollment.
Students are placed in one of 6 English levels – each level taking 12 weeks to complete – after an oral and/or written placement test conducted prior the start of their course. Students must register for a minimum of one week and may start their course on any Monday.
Intensive classes are taught by the same teacher every day, which allows them to get to know their students well and help them with their individual language needs. Students in this course must be at least 16 years of age.
Elective Classes are hour-long lessons that focus on Conversation, Grammar, Survival English, Pronunciation, Idioms and Slang, and Business English. Classes are held Monday through Friday afternoon, starting at 1:00pm, 2:10pm, and 3:20pm. Every Tuesday and Thursday, we also offer Evening Elective classes starting at 6:45pm.
Students purchase as many Elective Tickets as they wish and use them to schedule their classes. Depending on their proficiency level, students may take up to 19 classes per week. Students are placed in one of 4 levels – Beginner, Level One, Level Two, and Level Three – after an oral and/or written test conducted prior to their first Elective Class.
Elective Classes allow students the flexibility to create their own class schedule and course of study. Students who schedule Elective Classes must be at least 16 years of age.
One Elective Ticket = One Elective Class
Our Short-term Program is based on our Elective Schedule and is designed for students who want a semi-intensive ESL program in a short period of time.
Students take 2 Elective Classes a day – one hour of Conversation and one hour of Grammar – from 1:00pm to 3:10pm.
There is no starting day for this program – students can start their program on any weekday and can register for 5, 10, or 15 consecutive days. Student enrolled in our Short-term Program must be at least 16 years of age.

Students with specific language goals and needs may find our Private, Semi-Private, and Group Lessons to be a very effective way of accelerating their progress. Students are free to choose the time and length of their class, as well as what they wish to study.
Need to improve your listening? Wish to work on pronunciation? Conversation? Grammar? Survival English? Or maybe you need extra help to focus on your upcoming TOEIC or TOEFL Test. Whatever, whenever, and however you wish to study, our Private, Semi-Private, and Group Lessons are flexible and designed to fit your needs.
Students of all ages are welcome to join our Private, Semi-Private, and Group lessons.
Our TOEIC Preparation Course is held Monday to Thursday from 2:10pm to 4:10pm and Friday from 10:30am to 12:30pm, and is designed to help students achieve a higher TOEIC score.
We use General English to discuss how the TOEIC exam is structured, what strategies should be used, and what skills should be developed. This class does not “teach to the test”; rather, it helps students improve the language skills they need in order to do well on the TOEIC test and, in turn, helps students improve their general knowledge of English. Students enrolled in this course take a two-hour practice test every Friday.
Students may start their course on any Monday and register for up to three weeks. Students must be at least 16 years of age to enroll in this course.
